Week 5 P90X3
Up at 5 am again. I am going to need to go to bed earlier, as it was not nearly as easy to roll out of bed this morning! Always a little slow going trying out new workouts, trying to find the “perfect” weight and form. Loving P90X3 and can’t wait to wake up and “Bring it”!!

Are you taking time to stretch after your workout? Do it! Your body will thank you!
