1. My skin is clearer and smoother.

"I usually make my posts from work but I’ve been out of the office most of the week at offsite meetings and extremely busy. Too much to go back and add. I will say this, though….I’m proud I made my shakeology everyday before I left for work, had it during lunch and only ate healthy snacks even though we had buffets. I’ve also started on T25 Beta and completed 4 new workouts this week even with my “limited time”. I love the fact it’s only about 1/2 hour of time and I’m feeling great"
