What is a Challenge Group?

A Challenge Group is a group of people who have committed to getting healthy by participating in a Beachbody® program. Through fitness, nutrition, and support, Beachbody Challenges are key in helping them achieve their goals.


What Can Happen In Only 21 Days?

Studies suggest that it takes 21 days to form a new habit and end old habits. Let’s face it; you will not see a dramatic transformation in only 21 days, but you will most definitely notice changes in your body, the way you feel and most importantly, how you approach each day. Most people find that the two-week mark is where they get into trouble. We will not let that happen. I have been running challenge groups for years, and I have found that these 21-day groups promote more engagement, support, and interaction! In short, you will be on your way to super-healthy, super-happy transformation. Of course, you will have the option to continue on your journey with a new group each month or simply keep going! You will always be invited to join my groups!
