What is LIIFT4?
LIIFT4 is a no-nonsense combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and scorch fat.

What Equipment and How Much Space do I Need?

All you will need is about a 6×6 space and a set of light, medium, and heavy weights (depending on your fitness level), or you can substitute with resistance bands.
