Are You Tired Of Feeling Like Crap: How To Find More Time
Are you tired of feeling like crap? Do you feel like there isn’t enough time in the day? Do you find yourself frustrated wondering why others seem to have so much time to do things and you’re always two steps behind? Do you feel like there is so much that you want to do, but don’t have the time to do it?
What would an extra 15, 30, or even 60 minutes in a day mean for you? Time to relax and read a good book? Time to start a workout program? Time to make healthier meals? How about time to cross something off your bucket list?

Thanks again for checking out the video and I know if you follow even these 4 simple steps you will definitely gain a few extra minutes in your day for things that YOU want to do, not things that you HAVE to do! Here they are again:
- Make it a priority! If you really want it you will make time for it.
- Learn how to say no.
- Cut out the negativity in your life like news, social media, and negative friends.
- Deal with it! Things come up, deal with it, and move on to what is more important.

We can all be a little more efficient at work and at home and this is a great way to “make” more time in your day. Here is your tracker.
