SHOULD I START WITH THE THREE MOST DIFFICULT PUSH UPS?
Absolutely not! Now I know that there are many different variations of the push up and maybe these are not the most difficult for you, but many of us are still on our journey and maybe when we started we couldn’t do one or maybe only a few knee push ups. Research shows that while doing a regular push up you are lifting about 65% of your body weight and while doing a knee push up it’s only reduced by about 15%. Not bad right? It’s a start!

This whole idea I had of recording these push ups was a little contest the guys at work had to see who could do the craziest push ups! We made it fun and so can you.
