It’s that time of year again! Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends to gather together and give thanks and stuff themselves into a food coma and regret it afterwards. You can enjoy most of the traditional foods that we all love at Thanksgiving, but just concentrate on portion control. Here are some healthy Thanksgiving ideas suggested by Autumn Calabrese.



Thanksgiving Doesn’t Have To Ruin Your Progress

Now we all know that Thanksgiving traditionally has been centered around the big meal and family, but why not try a little portion control this year so you don’t waste all of your hard work. It’s true that one meal isn’t going to kill your progress, but adding a little extra here and there does. So if you do let loose this Thanksgiving take a little away the next day and try a workout Thanksgiving morning on a day most might use as an excuse not to workout. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and be smart with your choices!
