21 DAY FIX EXTREME THE FIX CHALLENGE
Just got my 21 Day Fix Extreme yesterday and decided to start my Sunday with the The Fix Challenge. This workout was 30 minutes long with a total of 13 different moves using nothing but your own body weight. No weights? Nope? Was it challenging? Absolutely! Imagine the 12 days of Christmas, but add a day to make it 13 days or moves. The workout starts doing 4 surrenders. Next you do 4 surrenders, then 4 inch worms. Next you do 4 surrenders, then 4 inch worms, then 4 down-down-up-ups. You get the idea? No? Well here is the very last round with all 13 moves combined. If it doesn’t seem that difficult to you keep in mind that this is a 30 minute workout and this is the last few minutes!
Here are all of the moves listed in order in case you missed them in the video:
- Hip Drop
- Side Arm Balance
- Push Ups
- Knee Tucks
- Leg Lifts
- Half Burpees
- Jump Lunge
I do have to admit that it does start out pretty slow, but as you start adding moves it definitely gets more intense. There is a modifier, like in all of the workouts, so if you can’t quite master the side arm balance or the push up yet you can follow the modifier. Over all I liked it and felt at the end that I definitely got a great workout.
